If you do make a booking you should also print the confirmation page and ensure the traveller has a copy of this for back up in case of “fast ticket machine” failure on the day. Please note that there is an additional charge for ticket on departure so it is best used when the traveller does not have time to be sent the tickets in the post. Norseman Travel will of course still deliver tickets in the normal manner for non ticket on departure bookings. Please also note that once a ticket on departure has been booked you are unable to cancel it in the normal way and you will need to call us to apply for a refund on your behalf.
